Many of my friends ask about a simple homemade colon cleanse that they can use before bed. The idea is that the cleanse works overnight while you are asleep and leaving you prepared for the day ahead the following morning.

You will need:
One middle-sized lemon
A handful of parsley
1 cinnamon stick
A tbsp of grated ginger
A tsp of ACV
500 ml of water
Preparation: Put the ingredients in a blender and blend them for a few minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Use: Drink it before going to bed.
